MATTHEW D’ALONZO
President at Total Project Solutions
With over 20 years experience in the contract furniture industry, Matt has built a reputation for sales and marketing leadership and business consulting for office furniture dealerships in the Philadelphia marketplace. In his current role as President of Total Project Solutions Matt is responsible for the day to day operations. Working closely with customers, Matt creates a value added level of expertise unlike any other installation company in the market.
Specialties: Office Furniture, institutional furniture, college and university furniture installation. Warehousing and logistics.
BOB SULLIVAN
Partner & VP Sales
I started in the facilities industry working at SmithKline Beecham in 1982 and have been involved ever since. I found that the most enjoyable part of my responsibilities involved installing modular furniture and was inspired to start my own company, Delaware Valley Installations in 1990.
My ambition to get involved in the largest systems furniture projects led me to join the carpenter’s union and establish Philadelphia Installations, Inc. Working for and with other installation companies led me to become a partner with TPS LLC.
With T&N Van Service as our sister company, we provide a complete array of services to the systems furniture marketplace throughout the region. My goal is to use my passion for the industry to develop great relationships and opportunities to grow our company by providing excellent services and successful experiences for all of our customers.
Alyson Nelson
As a partner in TPS, Alyson brings almost 25 years of experience in all aspects of the
business. The common denominator in everything she handles is a determination to get
things done. The combination of a wide array of experience and a can-do attitude makes
her the quintessential ‘go to’ person.
Aly has a thorough knowledge of the various office operations involved in our day-to-day
business transactions from Sales/Marketing to Billing and Collections. Her outstanding organizational skills and dynamic ability to multi-task enable her to be exceptionally productive.

provide solutions to our clients’ needs.
Ami Taddei
As a partner in TPS, Ami comes with an extensive background in the business world. Graduating from Drexel in 1993 with a BS in Interior Design, she spent the following decade filling a variety of roles from Store Manager/Designer to Sales Coordinator, Design Coordinator to Interior Designer. The range of businesses with whom Ami worked started with curtain and carpentry companies and then evolved into the corporate facilities environment.
Having worked at a variety of local office furnishing companies including Corporate Facilities, Premier Office Solutions, and Boise Cascade, Ami brings a comprehensive perspective on the full spectrum of products and services provided and used by the many companies that comprise this market segment.
Ami then brought this experience to work at TPS’ sister company, T&N Van Service. Her responsibilities included contract supervision, proposal coordination, maintaining and submitting various compliance reports, accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.
With her educational and early career experiences in the corporate facilities field combined with her subsequent in-house administrative roles, Ami is qualified in her new position with TPS. While involved in many of the daily operational aspects of running the business, she focuses on the accounts receivable and work order generation areas of the company.
